Jobs and Business Glasgow's Intermediate Labour Market (ILM) programme was a success story the organisation wanted to share with its staff, stakeholders and funders. Contributors included ILM employees, the Leader of Glasgow City Council, Chair of JBG's Board and the CEO of Glasgow Kelvin College contributed.
The 11 minute video shows the life-changing opportunities the ILM programme offers to individual participants as well as the broader social and inter-organisational context. It was launched at an all-staff "town hall" style event and also shown to board members at City Chambers committee meetings.
Key Processes
Within the available timescale we worked closely with JBG and Glasgow Life to schedule filming. JBG staff played a central role in the interviews, helping to ensure the right questions were asked and answered, to draw out the life changing value of the ILM programme. This close working partnership helped keep post production time down and ensure the tight delivery deadline was met.
